Welcome to the Barry District Scouts and Girl Guides website. This website gives some facts about Scouting, Guiding and the Fete.

We request your support to ensure the continuation of our work for Scouts and Girl Guides and developing the young people of the area.

Last year, sponsorship from local businesses and organisations amounted to £3500, once again we are requesting your generous support.

Team Mad Rain didn’t stop play at the Barry and District Scout and Guide Annual Fete, held at Romilly Park on Saturday 5th July.

The 55th fete was opened with a march past of the Rainbows, Beavers, Brownies, Cubs, Guides, Scouts, Rangers and Explorers accompanied by the Welsh Piping Society.
